Open a customer record
- Click Customers.
- Find the customer.
- Click Actions → View.

The top of the record provides quick actions. The main column holds activity and history, while the right column summarizes the account.
Use the customer header
The header shows the customer's name, type, main address, and customer-since date. Depending on your permissions, you can:
- click the pencil to edit customer information;
- click New Job to start work for the customer;
- click New Form to add a form; or
- click Delete to remove the record.
Review service locations
The Locations section lists every place where work can be performed. Primary locations are labeled. Click a location to review its contact information, job history, equipment, and available actions.
Click Add Location when the customer needs another service address.
Review customer activity
The record organizes activity into sections:
| Section | What you can review |
|---|---|
| Job History | Past and upcoming work, dates, status, and value |
| Invoice History | Bills, balances, and payment status |
| Estimates | Proposed work and its current status |
| Projects | Larger work connected to this customer |
| Leads | Open or converted opportunities |
| Memberships | Memberships affecting the customer's locations |
| Forms | Completed forms from related jobs |
| Attachments | Photos, videos, and uploaded files |
| Call History | Calls recorded for the customer |
Click a job, invoice, estimate, or location to open its full record.
Use the account summary
Customer Stats shows lifetime revenue, jobs, invoices, estimates, average job total, balance due, and the most recent job.
The right side also shows:
- memberships;
- equipment;
- tags;
- tax and signature settings; and
- recent activity.
Add a note
- Scroll to Notes.
- Click Add Note.
- Enter the information your team needs.
- Click Save.
Saved notes show who added them and when. Use notes for customer context that should remain with the account rather than a single job.
What happens next
Changes to customer contact information are available anywhere the customer appears. Job-specific notes, files, and appointments should still be added to the individual job.
