Open Settings

Click the Settings button in the top-right corner of Nexus.

The Nexus Settings workspace with the settings navigation on the left and the selected page on the right.

Open a section in the left rail or use Search settings to go directly to a page.

Find a setting

There are two Search settings... fields:

  • the search above the left rail filters the navigation;
  • the search in the page header finds settings while you work.

Enter a visible page name such as “Business Units,” “Notifications,” or “Payment Terms,” then choose the result.

The pages you can see depend on your permissions and the features your company uses.

  1. Open a section in the left rail.
  2. Click a page name.
  3. Use the selected page's tabs or actions.
  4. Click another setting in the rail when you are finished.

Nexus keeps Settings in its own workspace tab, so you can return to another open page without rebuilding your filters or search.

Troubleshooting

A setting is missing

Clear the settings search and reopen the expected section. If the page is still unavailable, ask an administrator to review your role and permissions.

Search returns too many results

Search by the exact visible page name rather than a broad term such as “customer” or “billing.”
