Build and publish marketing funnels

Last updated July 23, 2026

Marketing funnels are focused customer pages for a campaign, offer, or service. Use the builder to create the page, connect its campaign and domain, add a booking or contact action, test the complete experience, and publish.

Before you begin

Confirm Funnels is available for your company. Prepare approved copy, images, offer details, campaign, customer action, and domain. Complete Company Profile and any needed Web Appointment setup.

Open Funnels and create a funnel

Go to Marketing → Ad Management → Funnels.

  1. Click New Funnel or the create action.
  2. Choose the funnel type.
  3. Enter the funnel name and customer-facing title.
  4. Add a short description of its purpose.
  5. Start in a draft status.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Open the new funnel in the builder.

Keep a funnel in draft until its content, campaign, customer action, and domain have been tested.

Build the page

  1. Add or select a page section.
  2. Add the required content blocks.
  3. Enter headings and short, specific copy.
  4. Add approved images.
  5. Add a clear call-to-action button.
  6. Add a Web Appointment or contact element when customers should request work.
  7. Add a review carousel only when the connected review source and selected reviews are appropriate.
  8. Reorder sections so the customer can understand the offer before acting.
  9. Save.

Connect the campaign and domain

  1. Open the campaign-link action.
  2. Search for and select the Nexus campaign.
  3. Save the relationship.
  4. Open the domain action.
  5. Select an available domain or approved page address.
  6. Confirm the page path.
  7. Save.

The campaign relationship supports attribution. The domain relationship controls where the page is available to customers.

Preview and publish

  1. Open Preview.
  2. Review the page at desktop and mobile sizes when those controls are offered.
  3. Test every button, form, phone link, and Web Appointment element.
  4. Complete a demo conversion.
  5. Confirm the resulting request appears in Nexus with the expected campaign.
  6. Correct any issue and preview again.
  7. Use the publish action.
  8. Open the live page in a private browser window.

Test the live customer path from page visit through booking or contact submission.

What happens next

The published funnel is available at its connected page address. Customer actions follow the configured form or Web Appointment flow, and the connected campaign can support attribution.

Troubleshooting

The funnel will not publish

Resolve any incomplete page, domain, required-content, or customer-action warning. Save, preview, and try again.

The live page shows old content

Confirm the latest changes were saved and published. Open the page in a private browser window and refresh.

Submissions do not appear in Nexus

Test the form or Web Appointment element in Preview. Review its business unit, job type, domain, and campaign choices, then submit a new demo request.
